Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given only as a guide.; Grill - From Chilled. Season and lightly oil steaks, place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 8-12 minutes turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium: Season the steaks, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add steaks, reduce heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure meat is fully sealed on all sides. Well done: Extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
