Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Deep Fry Not Required Cooking instructions: Grill Not Required Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave but can also be steamed Before heating: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 700w 40 seconds, 800w 35 seconds, 900w 30 seconds. After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
