Ingredients
Butternut Squash (90%), Red Onion. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob To cook on the hob Before cooking: Add 2tsp of vegetable oil to a saucepan. During cooking: Add soup mix and stir frequently over a gentle heat for 5 minutes without allowing the vegetables to colour. Add 600ml boiling water and boil gently for a further 20 minutes. After cooking: Blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
