Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & film lid. Place the gravy sachet to one side. Place foil container on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: After 25 minutes shake the sachet, pour the gravy evenly over the chicken and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. The chicken may be slightly pink after cooking due to the curing salts in the bacon. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 35 mins. Warnings: Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
