Ingredients

Pig in Blankets (51%) (Pork Cocktail Sausage (72%) (British Pork (62%), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Dextrose, Salt, Maize Starch, Stabilisers: Disodium Diphosphate, Tetrasodium Diphosphate; Yeast Extract, Parsley, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphites); Sage, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Nutmeg Extract, Mace Extract, Sage Extract, Pimento Extract, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid. Filled into pork collagen casing), Chestnut Smoked Streaky Bacon (28%) (British Pork (87%), Water, Salt, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate)), Camembert Cheese (Cows' Milk) (49%). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven To oven cook from chilled. 1) Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the pigs in blankets on baking sheet and place on middle shelf to cook for 20 minutes. 2) During cooking: While the pigs in blankets are cooking, remove the plastic wrapping from the Camembert, place the Camembert in a small oven ready dish or Camembert baking pot. If you don’t have one, place the cheese on a piece of aluminium kitchen foil, approximately 20cm x 20cm and carefully fold the foil up around the edges of the Camembert to form a dish. Cut a 5cm cross in the top of the cheese. 3) After the pigs in blankets have been cooking for 20 minutes, place the Camembert into the oven with them and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. 4) After cooking: Remove from the oven and carefully transfer the cheese in the dish and the pigs in blankets to a serving dish. Take care since the cheese will be melted and hot. Peel back the corners of the Camembert rind and serve. 5) Check pigs in blankets are piping hot throughout and the juices run clear.
