Perfect

Amazingly simple to make

First time ever I tried to make bread, I don't have a mixer, but kneeded mixture by hand, put in airing cupboard to prove, it doubled in size in an hour, Cooked according to instructions, it turned out beautiful, Highly recommended,

Threw away

Did not work for me

Followed instructions and the dough did not rise when left to prove. Cooked anyway and it still didn’t rise. Came out flat and doughy. First one bought so can’t say whether it was something I did or not
