Directions for use Suitable for use with: Gas, Radiant Ring, Halogen, Solid Plate, Ceramic, Dishwasher Safe Care instructions Wash before first use. Dishwasher safe. Allow to cool before washing. Loosen burnt-on food by soaking in warm soapy water before washing. Avoid the use of harsh scourers as this may damage the non-stick coating; for the same reason do not use metal utensils. Position the pan centrally over the heat source, do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan; this will save energy and help to reduce the risk of the handle becoming overheated. Using the lid can also save energy. Use of medium to low heat will help prolong the life of the pan as overheating can damage the non-stick coating. Do not slide the pan on the hob top as this may damage the base and leave marks on some cooker surfaces. If the handle becomes loose, tighten it using a screwdriver. Take care not to knock the lid, as repeated knocks could cause it to shatter. To avoid thermal shock damage to lid, allow to cool before immersing in water or placing on a cold or wet surface.
