Cooking instructions
Read the package leaflet carefully before use. Dosage For oral use. To be sucked or chewed as preferred. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets, as required. Do not take more than 12 tablets in any 24 hour period.

Each Tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 500mg, Also contains Glucose (Dextrose) and the Colour Sunset Yellow (E110)
