Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Grill To Grill from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Set grill to a medium heat. Remove all packaging and and place the sauce sachet to one side. Place belly strips onto baking tray. During cooking: Place near to the top of the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes each side, pour the sauce over the top and grill for a further 2-3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
