If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: other To pan fry from chilled: Before cooking: Remove all packaging, allow steak to reach room temperature. Remove butters and set aside. Pre-heat 15ml oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. During cooking: Place the steaks in a hot pan. For 8 minutes, turning regularly. In the last minute of cooking put the butter in the pan, allow to melt, then baste the steak. After cooking: Allow steaks to rest on a warm plate for several minutes before serving. Add any butter juices from the pan over the steaks. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. If cooked rare there is a small risk harmful bacteria may be present. To pan fry from chilled: medium heat, 8 mins. Warnings: This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.
