Ingredients
Sweetcure Gammon (94%) (British Pork (92%), Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate), Muscovado Sugar (4.0%), Crystallized Orange Slices (2.0%) (Orange, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar). Health <STRONG>This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat.</STRONG> Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190C/Fan 170C/ Gas 5. Remove packaging Place joint in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil then place on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 1hr 50 minutes.
