Packaged in a protective atmosphere Health New Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave (700W 50 secs / 800W 40 secs / 900W 30 secs) from chilled. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place 1 pancake on a microwaveable plate. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
