Ingredients
Long Grain Rice (100%). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: other Cook on the hob Before cooking: Allow 75g of rice per person. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium boil and boil for 10-12 minutes. After cooking: Drain well and serve. 75g of dry rice gives approximately 180g cooked rice. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
