Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob Empty contents into a saucepan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat 4-5 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot. Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled, but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into the microwave. During heating: Stir half way through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
