For best before end: see front of pack. Keep frozen: Do not refreeze once defrosted. Food freezer. Until best before date (at -18°C). How to defrost Remove squid rings from packaging and place as many as required into a sieve and run under cold water for 3 - 4 minutes until defrosted Gently shake to stop them sticking together. Alternatively, defrost overnight in a refrigerator. Ensure product is fully defrosted prior to cooking.
