For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Ingredients
Beef (73%), Peppercorn Sauce (27%) (Water, Cream (Cows' Milk), Shallots, Beef Stock (Beef, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Salt, Tomato Paste, Molasses, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Onion Powder), Balsamic Vinegar, Brandy, Dark Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Tomato Paste, Salted Butter (Cows' Milk), Pink Peppercorn, Kibbled Onion, Black Pepper, Salt, Stabiliser:Xanthan Gum)). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: other To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove sleeve, set aside sauce sachet. Peel film back and allow meat to reach room temperature for about 10 minutes. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot, add steaks to pan and fry for 3 minutes for rare or 7 minutes for a medium result. During cooking: Pan fry. Turn occasionally. Remove steaks from pan set aside and allow to rest keeping warm. Place peppercorn sauce in pan and allow to heat for 1 minute, do not allow to reduce excessively.
