Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave but can also be steamed Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place the pot onto a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 3 minutes (700w) or 2½ minutes (800w) or 2 minutes (900w) After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute then remove the film lid and run a knife gently around the outer edge of the pudding to loosen before turning out, invert onto a plate then carefully squeeze the sides to release the pudding from the pot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Cooking instructions: Steam To steam Before heating: Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam on moderate heat for 1 hour. During heating: Do not allow the pan to boil dry. After heating: Remove the film lid and run a knife gently around the outer edge of the pudding to loosen before turning out, invert onto a plate then carefully squeeze the sides to release the pudding from the pot.
