If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190oC / Fan 170oC / gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place thighs & drumsticks on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 35 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Warnings: Don't wash raw chicken Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
