Ingredients
Potato (47%), Carrot (34%), Swede (16%), Salted Butter (Cows' Milk) (2.5%) (Salt), Salt, White Pepper, Nutmeg. Health Always ensure the product is piping hot. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking:Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Stir halfway through, re- cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Full power from chilled: 700W / 800W / 900W. 6 ½ mins / 6 mins / 5 ½ mins Full power from frozen: 700W / 800W / 900W. 12½ mins / 12 mins / 11 mins Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer the carrot and swede mash into an ovenproof dish of a similar shape and size, cover with lid or foil. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Stir halfway through cooking, re-cover and cook for the remaining time. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
