Cooked Pilau Rice (Water, Basmati Rice, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Cardamom Pod, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Cloves), Onion, Soya Pieces (13%) (Water, Soya Protein Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Dextrose, Flavourings, Salt, Potato Starch, Paprika, White Pepper, Ginger, Nutmeg, Mace, Cardamom), Coconut Extract, Water, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Cashew Nut, Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Rapeseed Oil, Coriander Leaf, Salt, Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Fenugreek Leaf, Cinnamon, Clove, Chilli Powder, White Pepper, Bay Leaf, Ginger Powder, Colour: Paprika Extract; Nutmeg, Cardamom. Health Product contains whole spices Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice if cooking from chilled or 2 tbsps of water to the rice if cooking from frozen and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Full power from chilled: 700W 6½ mins / 800W 5½ mins / 900W 5 mins Full power from frozen: 700W 11 mins / 800W 10 mins / 900W 9½ mins Cooking instructions: Oven Preheat oven. Pierce film and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice if cooking from chilled or 2 tbsps of water to the rice if cooking from frozen and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking.
