Ingredients
Butternut Squash (50%), Sweet Potato (50%). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Pierce bag on both sides several times. During cooking: Shake bag half way through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power. Cat C - 700w. 5 mins. Cat D - 800w. 4½ mins. Cat E - 900w 4 mins. Cooking instructions: Oven Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Place butternut squash and sweet potato on a roasting tray. Drizzle with 1tbsp of vegetable oil. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
