For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date/best before date. Once frozen consume within 1 months. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted. After opening this pack there will be an odour present from the packaging, this will quickly disappear. Ingredients
Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) (Fish) (90%), Butter (Cows' Milk), Ginger Purée, Coriander, Lime Juice, Honey, Salt, Cornflour. Sea bass farmed in Turkey Packed in the UK. Health Responsibly Sourced Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Government advice is to include 2 portions of fish every week, one of which should be oily. Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The eating quality of the sea bass is not affected. After opening this pack there will be an odour present from the packaging which will quickly disappear. These are naturally occuring and do not affect the quality of the fish. Fine dark lines are occassionally visible in the sea bass fillets. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: ShallowFry Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan on a medium heat with 15ml of oil then add the fillets skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 5-6 minutes on a moderate heat turning once during cooking. After cooking: Remove the sea bass to a warm plate and gently melt butter in the pan. Drizzle over the fish to serve. As the natural size and thickness of the fish and performance of cooking appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
