For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Ingredients

British Pork (77%), Honey Glaze (15%) (Honey, Water, Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Caramelised Sugar Syrup), Water, Sugar, Salt, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservatives (Potassium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate). Packaged in a protective atmosphere Health <STRONG>This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat.</STRONG> Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven Cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat the oven 200C / Fan 180C / Gas 6. Remove sleeve and film. Set sachet aside for later use. Place joint, in the tray, on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully pour glaze over the gammon and return to the oven to cook for a further 5 minutes.. After cooking: Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place before carving and serving. Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary.
