Pork Shoulder (78%), Smokey BBQ Sauce (20%) (Sugar, Water, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Cornflour, Salt, Barley Malt Extract, Invert Sugar, Molasses, Smoked Water, Garlic Powder, Spices (Cloves, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cumin), Oregano), Demerara Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Cornflour, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose), Garlic Powder, Smoked Salt, Acid:Citric Acid , Black Pepper. Preparation and Safety oven cook from Chilled Cooking instructions: Oven Before cooking: Preheat oven. Place Pork Shoulder into foil tray discard cooking juice Place tray in oven for 25 minutes.
