Mussels (Mytilus edulis) (Mollusc) (80%), White Wine Sauce (20%) (Whipped Cream (Cows' Milk), White Wine (25%), Cows' Milk, Water, Cornflour, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Butter (Cows' Milk), Spirit Vinegar, Parsley). Health The mussels in this product come from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSC's standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. www.msc.org Preparation and Safety Cook on the hob from chilled but can also be microwaved. Cooking instructions: Boil To cook on the hob from chilled. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and place unopened pouch or pouches in a saucepan of boiling water. During cooking: Return to the boil and simmer gently for 4 minutes (one pouch) or 5 minutes (two pouches). After cooking: Gently shake the pouch before carefully cutting open with scissors to serve.
