Cooking instructions
For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use immediately and do not exceed the use by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Ingredients
Lamb (79%), Rosemary, Redcurrant and Honey Glaze (18%) (Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Red Wine, Honey, Port, Cornflour, Redcurrants, Redcurrant Juice from Concentrate, Rosemary, Salt), Porchetta Seasoning (2%) (Sea Salt, Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Sage), Sugar, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Fennel Seed, Sunflower Oil), Olive Oil. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Carefully cut open the pouch and place lamb on onto a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes on middle shelf of oven. During cooking: While lamb is cooking place the sauce into a microwavable dish, cover with cling film and pierce several times. Place into microwave and heat on full power for 50 seconds (700W), 40 seconds (800W), 30 seconds (900W). Remove lamb from oven and discard cooking juices. Place on a serving dish and pour over sauce. Serve immediately. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
