Beef (55%), Rich Beef Casserole Paste (19%) (Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Wine, Cornflour, Beef Stock (Water, Sugar, Beef Stock, Salt, Cornflour, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Onion Powder, Spirit Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Black Pepper), Tomato Purée, Mushroom, Onion, Sugar, Beef Fat, Sea Salt, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Cocoa Powder, Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Bay), Butter (Cows' Milk), Garlic Purée), Swede (10%), Chantenay Carrots (10%), Onions (5%). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and discard foil tray. Pierce pouch several times and place pouch on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for: 700W 8 minutes, 800W 8 minutes, 900W 8 minutes. During cooking: Gently shake pouch and cook on full powder for: 700W 4 minutes, 800W 3 minutes, 900W 2 minutes. Microwave on full power 700W 12 mins 800W 11 mins 900W 10 mins Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place product into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil. Place onto baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 35 minutes. During cooking: Stir halfway through cooking.
