For use by date: see from of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened use immediately. Do not exceed the use by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Lamb Shank (81%), Lamb Gravy with Rosemary and Mint (19%) (Red Wine, Roast Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Bone, Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar), Red Wine Vinegar, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Water, Cornflour, Tomato Purée, Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Mint, Rosemary, Garlic Purée, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Onion Powder, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Maize Starch, Wheat Flour, Xanthan Gum, Black Pepper). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb into the foil tray provided and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 45 minutes. During cooking: Remove foil cover for last 5 minutes of cooking. After cooking: Place shanks onto a serving plate.
