Chicken Breast in Confit Rub with Mushrooms and Smoked Bacon (79%) (Chicken Breast (76%), Mushrooms (10%), Smoked Bacon (8%) (Pork, Sea Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Water, Confit Rub (1.5%) (Brown Sugar, Onion Granules, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Rice Flour, Garlic Powder, Thyme, Sea Salt, Maize Starch, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Parsley, Paprika, Lemon Oil, Thyme Extract), Sugar), Spinach Sauce (21%) (Water, Single Cream (Cows' Milk), Spinach, White Wine (Sulphites), Cornflour, Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Carcass, Onion, Carrot, Leek, Parsley, Garlic, White Pepper, Bay Leaf), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Brown Sugar, Butter (Cows' Milk), Salt, Black Pepper). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place product and gently separate it in the tray provided. Cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During Cooking: Remove from oven. Remove foil and pour off half of the cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce. Add the sauce into the tray with the remaining cooking juices and gently stir. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. The chicken may be slightly pink after cooking due to the curing salts in the bacon. Do not re-heat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
