If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film lid & tray divider. Place the gravy sachet to one side. Place foil container on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: After 25 minutes shake the sachet, pour the gravy evenly over the chicken and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. The chicken may be slightly pink after cooking due to the curing salts in the bacon. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 35 mins. Warnings: Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. Sauce packaging should be kept separate from cooked foods.
