Ingredients
Lamb (50%), Lamb and Red Wine Sauce (20%) (Roasted Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Bone, Yeast Extract, Salt), Water, Onion, Red Wine, Cornflour, Dark Brown Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar, Tomato Purée, Garlic Purée, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt, Butter (Cows' Milk), Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Mint, Rosemary, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper), Carrot (10%), Leek (10%), Swede (10%). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven and remove all packaging. Place lamb into the foil tray provided and cover with foil. Place onto a baking tray on top shelf of oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove from oven and stir gently half way through cooking. After cooking: Remove from the oven.
