British Pork (88%), Mango Chutney (8%) (Sugar, Mango, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Spices (Garlic Powder, Chilli, Black Onion Seeds, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon)), Tandoori Marinade (5%) (Ground Spices (Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Allspice, Cloves), Maltodextrin, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Salt, Black Onion Seed, Colours: Beetroot Red, Turmeric Extract; Stabiliser: Guar Gum; Coriander Leaf, Lemon Oil). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Barbeque To barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned. Cooking instructions: Oven Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Remove the pork belly slices from the packaging and keep the sachet of mango chutney glaze to one side. During Cooking: Evenly place the pork belly slices on a flat baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 50 minutes. Remove the pork belly, drizzle the glaze over and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
