Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) (Fish). Packed in the UK with sea bass farmed in Turkey. Health Fine dark lines are occassionally visible in the sea bass fillets. These are naturally occuring and do not affect the quality of the fish. After opening this pack there will be an odour present from the packaging which will quickly disappear. The eating quality of the sea bass is not affected. Our sea bass provides 1.3g total omega 3 per fillet, of which 271mg EPA and 551mg DHA Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan on a medium heat with 15ml of oil then add the fillets skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 5-6 minutes on a moderate heat turning once during cooking.
