British Chicken Breast Fillet, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Cornflour, Stabiliser: Sodium Triphosphate; Dextrose, Brown Sugar, Salt, Rapeseed Oil. Packaged in a protective atmosphere Made using 108g of chicken per 100g of roast chicken. Moisture is lost during cooking. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled. Before heating: Pierce film. Place tray on a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 3½ mins (700w), 3 mins (800w) or 2½ mins (900w). After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
