Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cooked from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place product in the tray provided. Cover with foil. Place tray in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. During cooking: Remove from oven. Remove foil and gently stir.
