Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob Empty contents into a pan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat. 7 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot. Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir after 3 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
