Water, Chantenay Carrot (21%), Carrot (20%), Onion, Honey Roast Parsnips (4%) (Parsnip, Honey, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Black Pepper), British Double Cream (Cows' Milk), British Butter (Cows' Milk), Honey, Ginger Puree, Salt, Garlic Puree, Thyme, Allspice, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Nutmeg. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob Empty contents into a pan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat. 7 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot. Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir after 3 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
