Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Full power from chilled: 700w 7 mins / 800w 6½ mins / 900w 6 mins. Full power from frozen: 700w 13 mins / 800w 12½ mins / 900w 12 mins.
