British Venison (90%), Water, Rice Flour, Red Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt, Parsley, Preservative:Sodium Sulphite (Sulphites). Health <STRONG>This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook burgers.</STRONG> Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Barbeque To barbeque. for a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbeque and cook until browned. Cooking instructions: Grill To grill from chilled. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place on base of grill pan. During cooking: Grill for 16-20 mins. Turn occasionally. After Cooking. Check food is piping hot, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
