To cook on grill Moderate heat 12 mins Cooking instructions: Oven To oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place steaks on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
