Ingredients
Pak Choi (32%), Tenderstem(R) Broccoli (19%), Fine Beans (15%), Red Onion (15%), Mangetout (14%), Coriander (2%), Garlic (2%), Red Chilli (1.5%). Health 1/2 of a pack counts as 1 of your 5 a-day. Aim for at least 5 different portions of fruit or veg a day. Fresh, frozen, canned, dried and juice all count. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: StirFry To stir fry from chilled. Before cooking: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the stir fry except the leaf and herbs. During cooking: Stir occasionally for 4-5 minutes then add the leaf & herbs and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
