Boil water. Add one portion (80g) of garden peas carefully to the boiling water. During cooking: Return to boil and simmer. Stir occasionally. After cooking: Drain. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on the hob. Moderate heat. 2 mins. Cooking instructions: MicrowaveFromFrozen For best results microwave from frozen. Microwave from frozen. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Transfer one portion (80g) of garden peas into a microwaveable dish and cover. Add 100ml of water. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Recover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
