Remove outer packaging. 1. When cooking from frozen. Preheat your oven to 150degC for fan ovens. Place the crown in its tray and paper on the middle shelf and cook for 1hr 45 minutes. 2. Carefully unfold the paper and baste crown in all those lovely juices. Cook uncovered for a further 90 minutes until golden brown. 3. To check if it is cooked thoroughly, prick with a fork and the juices should run clear. 4. Remove from the oven, re-cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes before carving. Save the juices and use them to make a delicious gravy. From Defrost; Fan 150degC Place crown with parchment paper in the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 1hr. Carefully unfold parchment paper and baste crown, cook for a further 1hr 10mins uncovered, Recover and leave to stand for 30mins before carving. Electric 170degC/ Gas 4 Place crown with parchment paper in the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 1hr 15min. Carefully unfold parchment paper and baste crown, cook for a further 1hr 30mins uncovered, Recover and leave to stand for 30mins before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat.
Turkey (75%), Pork, Sage And Onion Stuffing (15%) (Pork, Water, Kibbled Onion, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Sugar, Sage, Salt, Onion Powder, White Pepper, Dextrose, Maize Starch, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate), Water, Applewood Smoked Streaky Bacon (3.5%) (Pork, Sea Salt, Sugar, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate), Salt, Cornflour, Turkey Carcass, Light Brown Sugar, Turkey Skin, Mushroom, Kelp Seaweed, Star Anise.
Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Must be -18degC or colder.
