Oven cook from Chilled Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place ham hock in the tray provided. Discard cooking juices. Cover with foil . Place tray in the centre on the oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove from oven. Remove foil. Return to oven for a further 25 minutes. Basting halfway through, remove from oven and add sauce. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
