Remove outer packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. OVEN: Place joint in a roasting tin, cover loosely with foil and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Electric 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas 5) for 35 minutes per 500g, plus an additional 35 minutes. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. BOIL: Place joint in saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to the boil, skim the surface and cover with a lid and simmer on low for 30 minutes per 500g. Allow to rest for 2 minutes and carefully remove netting before carving. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes and remove netting before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
