Pan Cook Cook time: - 7 min. Remove required number of patties from packaging. Pre-heat a frying pan, lightly spray with low-calorie cooking spray and add the required number of patties. Fry over a medium heat for 7 minutes. Turn frequently, reducing the heat if necessary. Pan Cook Cook time: - 6 min. Place on a plate, cover and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Repeat pan-cook instruction, reducing the cook time to 6 minutes. Grill Medium Heat Cook time: - 11 min. Pre-heat grill. Place the patties on the wire rack of a grill pan and cook for 11 minutes, turning occasionally. Reduce heat if necessary. Oven Fan 180degC Cook time: - 19 min. Gas 6 For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. Pre-heat oven and remove required number of patties from packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 19 minutes. Turn halfway through. Air Fry 1400W 4LTR Cook time: - 8 min. Place the patties into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
