Microwave - From Ambient. Microwave 900W, 4 minutes, Full Power. If frozen, thaw for 24 hours in refrigerator. Remove pouch from packaging. Pierce top of pouch several times. Place on a non-metallic plate and place in Microwave & cook as advised on full power. Remove pork from the microwave, cut the bag open and pour off any juice. Place on a microwavable dish and use two forks to pull apart the Pork. Pour sachet over and cook in the Microwave for a further 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening pouch.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Hot Fan Oven, 40-45 minutes, 180ºC, Gas Mark 7. Regular Oven, 40-45 minutes, 200ºC, Gas Mark 8. For best results thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator and follow chilled cooking instructions there after. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. If you wish to cook from frozen follow below instructions. You may need to thaw slightly to help remove product from packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place Pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook product for the required time. Remove from the oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks to pull apart the Pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and cook in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: Ovens may vary, please consult manufacturers handbook for best results.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Hot Fan Oven, 25-30 minutes, 180ºC, Gas Mark 7. Regular Oven, 30 minutes, 200ºC, Gas Mark 8. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook product for the required time. Remove from the oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks to pull apart the Pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and cook in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: Ovens may vary, please consult manufacturers handbook for best results.

Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. If de-frosted do not re-freeze.
