Oven Instructions: Oven: 200ºC / Fan 180ºF / Gas 6 25-28 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Shallow Fry Instructions: Pan fry 5-6 mins Cut the lobster tails down the back with a sharp pair of scissors. Crack open and remove the meat from the shell. Pre-heat a little oil in a pan and fry over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Optional: add a knob of butter to the pan. Hob Instructions: Hob: 8-9 mins Place lobster tails into a pan of boiling water. Heat gently for 8-9 minutes. Place on a chopping board and carefully cut in half down the centre of the tail.
INGREDIENTS: Lobster (Crustacean) (98%), Salt.
Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
