Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb into the foil tray provided and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 45 minutes. During cooking: Remove foil cover for last 5 minutes of cooking. After cooking: Place shanks onto a serving plate. Stir remaining gravy and pour over lamb shanks and serve. Do not reheat. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
