Microwave Frozen Cat E Cook time: - 9 min. 800w Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes. Gas 6 Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, stir, return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
